The TachoScan software implements changes to Regulations 561/2006 and 165/2014 introduced by the mobility package in accordance with the Regulation 2020/1054 (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/PL/TXT/?uri=CELEX%3A32020R1054). Changes to the software, in particular to the analysis of infringements, will automatically apply to data after 20 August 2020. Warning! Changes will not be taken into account if the AETR checking option was selected for the analysis.
The most important changes:
- Analysis of the derogation of two consecutive shortened weekly rest periods in a row
- Infringement of the driver's return to home country for the weekly rest
- Taking into account the possibility of interrupting weekly rests on a ferry/train
- Analysis of the conditions of extending driving time when returning for a weekly rest
- Infringement of the regular weekly rest in a vehicle
- Possibility of setting the country of seat / residence for each driver for the purposes of infringement analysis
- Displaying country entries on the monthly chart
- Changes related to the analysis of crew breaks
