At present it is available only in German and English. The most important changes against the previous form:
- Employee notification is for 6 months, without the need to provide specific dates of entry to and departure from the territory of Austria
- The VAT number of the company must be provided (for Polish companies this is NIP No. with the prefix “PL”)
- It is necessary to provide the licence plate numbers of the vehicles that the driver will drive (multiple vehicles may be specified)
- The vehicle driver may be identified as the contact person (in this case you do not need to enter contact person details, as previously) or the details of a professional representative in Austria may be entered.
