1. FRANCE
At present, attestations can only be issued through the SIPSI service. You can not issue attestations in any other way. Attestations printed outside this portal are valid if they were issued before 01.01.2017.
2. GERMANY
The transition period is coming to an end; as of 30 June 2017, it will no longer be possible to notify employees by fax. Currently, you can already send your notification via the meldeportal-mindestlohn.de. and from the end of June this will be the only form of notification.
3. AUSTRIA
From 1 June 2017, a new, simplified application form ZKO3-T for drivers is obligatory. Any new notifications issued after this date may only be issued on the new template.

The main changes included simplifying the method of notification of drivers and enabled a notification period of 6 months.
Due to the end of validity of the notifications issued by the end of 2016, we recommend that you verify them.
