1. General

  • The Service gathers information about users and their browsing habits from:
  • Information entered voluntarily in the provided forms,
  • Cookies installed in network termination points, or NTPs,
  • www server logs collected by nazwa.pl professional hosting operator.
  1. Information Supplied in the Forms
  • We collect information entered by the user voluntarily.
  • We may also save information about connection parameters (time, IP address).
  • Without the user’s consent, we will not share data saved in the forms with any third parties.
  • Information provided in the form may be used to set up a database of potential clients which Service Operator must register with the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.
  • Data provided in the form will be processed for purposes stated in the form, e.g. handling service requests or a sales/marketing contacts.
  • Data provided in the forms may be transferred to certain technical service providers: in particular, data concerning the owner of a registered domain may be transferred to entities operating Internet domains (primarily, Naukowa i Akademicka Sieć Komputerowa j.b.r – NASK [Research and Academic Computer Network]), payment services, or other entities the Service Operator works with.
  1. Cookies
  • Our Service uses cookies.
  • Cookiesare small files, text files especially, which are stored on the user’s computer. They are designed for use of the Service websites and typically hold a modest amount of data, such as the name of the website they originally come from, the time period for which they will be stored in the network termination points, as well as a unique number.
  • Service Operator is the entity which saves and has access to the cookies on the Service User’s NTP.
  • Cookies are used to:
    • Develop statics which help understand how Service Users use the visited websites and thus improve their structure and content;
    • Maintain the Service User’s connection after logging in to eliminate the need for repeat logging into each Service subpage and re-entering the login and password;
    • Define the Service User’s profile so as to provide personalized advertising contents, especially Google.
  • Two basic types of cookies are used in the Service: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files which are stored at the User’s end device until the User logs out, leaves the website or shuts down the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored at the User’s end device for a specified period determined in the cookies parameters or until they are deleted by the User. Cookies used in our Service are:
    • “strictly necessary cookies:” are essential in order to ensure your efficient and safe use of the Service (necessary due to technical reasons) – e.g.: chosen language settings, presenting content and images in an optimized way, availability of the website, prevention of abuse/fraud in relation to login processes. Cookies from this category cannot be disabled, also your consent is not required regarding their use or your consent is implied by your continuous visit at the website (depending on the legal form in the national laws of the User);
    • “analytics cookies” (of the independent company Google, Inc.) – analytics cookies collect information concerning the ways Users use the Service, type of a website Users were referred from, the number of visits by the Users and the length of visits. These cookies are used in preparing the Service use statistics. Disabling these cookies does not prevent you form using the Service.     • “marketing cookies (as a part of our Service)” – allow the collection of information about your interests, preferences, products you browse and/or buy within the Service. Such information let us present you with more personalized marketing content concerning our products – in the context of your actions within the Service;
    • “marketing cookies (third party)” – allow us to present more personalized marketing content concerning our products and services as a part of other websites than the one managed by the Data Controller. In this regard Inelo uses Google solutions.   • When using our Service you can choose the following options: “I accept and proceed to the Service” or “Advanced settings.” By clicking “I accept and proceed to the Service” you consent to all additional cookies, i.e. “analytics cookies,” “marketing cookies (as a part of our Service)” and “marketing cookies (third party)”. If you wish to personalize cookies, click “Advanced settings” and set your preferences. “Strictly necessary cookies” cannot be disabled, also your consent is not required regarding their use or your consent is implied by your continuous visit at the website (depending on the legal form in the national laws of the User).   • The Service uses two basic types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary cookie files saved in the NTP, which are erased when you log out, leave the website or close your browser.  Persistent cookie files are stored in your NTP for the duration period contained within the persistent cookie’s file or until you delete them manually.
  • Your Internet browser will usually allow for storing cookies in the User’s NTP by default but Service Users may change their browser settings.   • Limiting access to cookies may affect certain functionalities available on the Service websites.
  • Cookies stored in the Service User’s NTP may also be used by advertisers and partners working with the Service Operator.

  • Cookies may be used by some advertising networks, especially Google network, to display advertising materials tailored to how you use the Service.   • The user may click on and edit information gathered by cookies, such as user preferences with respect to information gathered by the Google advertising network, by going to https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.
  • In terms of "essential cookies" we may use both our own technical solutions and functionalities dedicated by external partners whose services are added to our websites. We consider these functionalities necessary due to the purpose of their use in relation to the services we provide (easy communication, directing relevant notifications to Users). The LiveChat functionality allows the User to efficiently communicate with Inelo via online chat. For this purpose, we use the solutions of LiveChat, Inc. (www.livechatinc.com). The privacy policy of LiveChat, Inc. is available at https://www.livechat.com/legal/privacy-policy/. We also use functionality to generate (within selected Inelo services) notifications addressed to Users regarding important changes, news, updates or failures). For this purpose, we use Beamer solutions. Beamer uses cookies and other technologies to collect data about the behavior of Users and their devices (in particular, the IP address of the device - stored only in anonymized form), device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred language used to display the website. Beamer stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile. Beamer does not use this information to identify individual Users.
  1. Server Logs

 

  • Some user activities may be logged in a server tier solely for service administration purposes and for providing the best possible hosting services.
  • Page requests identified by URL addresses may also include:
    • Request date/time,
    • Date/time reply sent,
    • Client station name – identification carried out by the HTTP protocol,
    • HTTP transaction error log,
    • URL address of the page the user visited earlier (referrer link) – an HTTP header field that identifies the address of the webpage that linkedto the resource being requested,
    • User browser information,
    • IP address information.
    • The above data is not tied to any specific website visitor.
    • The above information is not used solely for the purpose of administering the server.
  1. Sharing Personal Data
  • The collected data may be shared with third parties only to the extent provided by the law.
  • Data identifying a natural person may be shared only with the data subject’s consent.
  • Service Operator may be required to share the data they have collected with bodies duly authorized under the law and only to the extent provided in any such requests.
  • Cookies placed on the Service User’s end device can also be used by the advertisers and partners working with the Service operator. In this regard we cooperate with Google network. Our Service uses analytics tools of Google (i.e. Google Analytics) to develop the statistics of how the Users use the Service. Cookies can also be used by Google network to display advertisement suited to the way the User uses the Service. The legal basis for the data processing in regard to cookies marked as “strictly necessary” is Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR (processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller). In the case of cookies marked as “analytics cookies,” “marketing cookies (as a part of our Service),” and “marketing cookies (third party)” the legal basis for data processing is voluntary consent expressed by the Service User i.e. Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR.
