With the beginning of a new year, many countries change the applicable remuneration rates. Most countries already communicated the new rates for international drivers at the end of 2023.

The rates for the new year have been implemented in the Płaca Zagraniczna (Foreign Pay) module in 4Trans (TachoScan in the English version).

Sample rate changes in popular countries:

  • Germany – from 1 January 2024, the general minimum wage rate is EUR 12.41 gross per hour, which means an increase of EUR 0.41;
  • the Netherlands – from 1 January 2024, the hourly rate is increased to EUR 13.27, i.e. by as much as EUR 1.76;
  • Austria – from 1 January 2024, the hourly pay rate for an inexperienced driver of a semi-trailer truck with a trailer is EUR 12.78, which means an increase of EUR 1.13.

The rates have also been updated for countries such as Denmark, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Finland, Slovakia, Hungary or United Kingdom. You can check the detailed rates for individual driver groups directly in the software.

We strive to always keep the rates for drivers in the 4Trans (EN – TachoScan) software up-to-date. The software verifies and downloads the current rates and individual foreign pay components from our servers at startup. To ensure proper settlements and rates, please use the latest software version available.
